Contracts: Cross it out? Put it Back In!

This video gives you some simple tips when you cross out an item on a real estate contract.

Quick tip:

It may not be enough just to cross out an item on a contract. When you cross something out, be sure to put in a line that says what the buyer and seller intended by crossing that item out.
