Electronic Supra Lockboxes provided for the St. Johns MLS are free to agents. NEFAR lockboxes are always provided by the agent.

Our only requirement is that when you are engaged in a listing or sale, you can respond to normal business inquiries quickly and promptly during normal business hours, 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday (the times that most agents, title companies, and lenders are working).
