Atlantic East, located on A1A south just north of State Route 206 in St. Augustine, is an oceanfront community considered one of the most luxurious communities in the area.

There are 69 units at Atlantic East, and all units are single story with layouts that feel more like a home than an apartment or condo. There are four floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 1503 square feet to 1918 square feet. There are both two and three bedroom units, and the laundries are located inside. The second and third stories are serviced by an elevator.

One of Atlantic East's selling points is that rental leases must be 6 months or greater in length. This stops the chaotic turnover residents in other communities have to deal with on a weekly basis.
