Beacher's Lodge condos are located on the beach, in St. Augustine near the intersection of State Route 206 and A1A South.
There are a total of 132 oceanfront condos and 10 ocean view studio suites, built in 1987. Beacher's Lodge offers three floor plans, ranging in size from 310 - 610 square feet.
The smallest floor plan is the studio suite, which is about 310 square feet. The studio suites have ocean views but are not oceanfront. There are also “Queen” units, which are direct oceanfront condos, approximately 410 square feet, and "King" units at approximately 610 square feet.
All of the oceanfront suites at Beacher’s Lodge have a patio or private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Queen and King units have the privacy of a separate bedroom, which is appreciated when children or friends are sleeping on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
Beacher’s Lodge has some of the least expensive direct oceanfront condos in town. If you have the oceanfront dream, but can’t swing the typical oceanfront price tag, then Beacher’s Lodge may be just what you are looking for.
Amentities include an oceanfront pool, private beach access, and a conference room. There is plenty of parking, all of which is uncovered.
Beacher's Lodge is a called a "condotel." Like other condominiums, each unit is individually owned and decorated. You can enjoy it for vacations, make it available for family, friends or business associates and, perhaps best of all, rent it any time your unit is not in personal use. Unlike most other condominiums, Beacher’s Lodge allows nightly rentals.
