Sea Place is an oceanfront community of condos and homes located on A1A just south of Dondanville Road in St. Augustine Beach.

There are a total of 78 individual condominium units. Sea Place Condos offers three floor plans, a two bedroom townhouse (2 levels), a two bedroom flat (1 level), and a three bedroom flat, ranging in size from 1057 - 1315 square feet.

Sea Place's ocean front condos face the beach and dunes directly. The ocean view condos surround the east pool and have good to excellent ocean views depending on the location.

Sea Place is unique in that the community is a mix of condos and homes. The homes are called "patio homes" which means the lawn and yard work are included in the association fees.

Sea Place includes a pool on the east side close to the beach, a pool on the west side closer to A1A, a fitness center, clubhouse, tennis courts, and racquetball courts.
