Enhancing a listing it places it front and center on search pages on Realtor.com, the largest real estate search engine in the world.

"It's always something we've done on a personal level as agents but it's also very expensive," said Kate Stevens, broker associate and owner of St. Augustine Team Realty. "In June we decided it would really help all of our agents' customers get their homes sold faster, and free up more capital for them to spend on other advertising.
