ST. AUGUSTINE TEAM REALTY WELCOMES PETER GOLD

St. Augustine Team Realty is proud to announce the recent addition of Peter Gold to its sales team.

Peter is a retired English barrister who has spent the last 11 years working as a Realtor in Sarasota, Venice and Naples before relocating this year to St. Augustine. Peter is a pure buyer’s agent who never lists homes for sale but acts only for buyers.  He is also well versed in the issues buyers face when coming from outside the United States.

Peter is an overseas member of the National Association of Estate Agents, a member of the St. Augustine/St. Johns County Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, a certified foreign legal consultant by the Florida Bar, and part time immigration paralegal with a major law firm. He is also a UEFA B licensed soccer coach and an avid fan of Manchester United.

Peter is also a competitive runner (and member of the Ancient City Road Runners Club), a social biker and a kayaker. He is licensed by the City of St. Augustine for walking tours and loves to show off the history and charm of the ancient city to visitors.  He has been married for 34 years and has two grown children.
