ST. AUGUSTINE TEAM ATTENDS FLORIDA REALTOR CONVENTION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINING

St. Augustine Team Realty’s Broker Sean Hess recently attended the Florida Realtors convention in Orlando for training in Social Media.

“Whenever we attend one of these conventions our goal is to come back with ideas that  help our customers sell their homes faster,” Hess said, “and for our buyer customers to get more home for their money.”

Hess’ main focus was on social media.

“I wanted to find out what aspect of social media would make our properties more visible, in that a buyer will find our homes faster than a competitor’s home.  We also wanted to find some things that gave our agents an edge. I think we figured out some key strategies on how to do that.”
