Customers of St. Augustine Team Realty can now become “fans” via Facebook and Twitter. The feature allows fans to be the first to know about new listings, specials and other discounts.
“We weren’t sure if a Facebook page would be relevant to our customers,” said Ron Barry, co-owner of the firm. “But then we realized it would be the fastest way to communicate with our customers about relevant real estate news like the recent expansion of the first-time home buyer tax credit. Our buyer ‘fans’ were the first to know because of Facebook.
“And if we have a price change on a listing, or want to run a limited time listing special, they will be the first to know as well,” Barry continued.
