ST. AUGUSTINE TEAM REALTY SAYS “SAVE GAS---GO GREEN” FOR STATE OPEN HOUSE WEEKEND

With gas nearing $3.50 a gallon, St. Augustine Team Realty made a commitment to put video for all of its St. Johns County homes on its website.  Instead of driving around this weekend, customers can go to the Featured Homes page at www.StAugTeam.com , click on the home they’re interested and see a video.

“We think this is a tremendous way for consumers to save a bundle in gas money,” said Sean Hess, broker and manager for St. Augustine Team Realty. 

“Most we already have video on already, but we’ve had a few homeowners that were reluctant to take that first step,” Hess continued, “but for this Florida Realtors statewide open house, many of them have graciously agreed to have at least the exteriors shot.  That way the consumer can see if it’s even worth going to take a look, and the homeowner isn’t hassled by a showing that doesn’t produce a sale.

“This way everybody saves money and time.  We’re wrapping up shooting on Monday prior to the open house weekend, will  have the last videos in place a few days ahead of time, just in case anyone wants to take a look.”
